Shipping policy

At Campdraft Christian Connect we use Australia Post as our preferred postal service my outgoing mail is collect from my mailbox once a week on a Tuesday depending on when order is placed, I will endeavor to get you parcel packed up and out to my mailbox by 9am. On the odd occasion you may get me heading into town and items will be posted prior.

All online in stock orders are shipped from ROLLESTON QLD 4702 and all custom orders are shipped from Embroidery Service.

All orders will be packed asap as I’m also a wife a Mum and a worker, once packed you will receive a conformation email saying items have been fulfilled and a tracking number provided.

• Please contact me before placing your order to discuss shipping options outside Australia, including New Zealand.
  
• Australia Wide Standard Shipping starts from $15.00. 
• Some embroidered and custom-made items are dispatched separately from embroidery supplier. Shipping for these items is calculated by parcel size and weight and may be charged in addition to the standard shipping rate. For example, an order containing regular store items and a large, embroidered jacket may include two separate shipping charges. The total shipping cost will be shown at checkout.
• International / United States Shipping $35.00

You will receive an email confirmation from us when your order is shipped. It will include your unique Aust Post Tracking No. and a link to the Australia Post website where you can track your parcel’s location and estimated arrival date. Expected arrival times will vary depending on your location.
